Our Expertise
Trusted Knowledge. Proven Performance.
FOUNDATION SYSTEMS
- Auger Cast Piles: Installed by drilling with a hollow stem auger and pumping grout through the stem to form deep foundation elements without vibration.
- Drilled Shafts: Large-diameter, cast-in-place concrete shafts constructed by drilling and reinforcing for high axial and lateral load resistance.
- Driven Piles: Pre-formed structural elements driven into the ground using impact or vibration to support heavy loads and transfer forces to deeper strata.
- Micropiles: Small-diameter, high-capacity drilled piles installed with grout and reinforcement to stabilize existing structures or support new loads.
- Helical Piles: Steel piles with helical plates that are screwed into the ground to support loads in weak soils or tight access areas.
GROUND IMPROVEMENT
- Compaction Grouting: A dense grout is injected under pressure to displace and compact loose soils, improving density and bearing capacity.
- Dynamic Compaction: Repeated dropping of heavy weights to densify granular soils at depth by rearranging particles and reducing voids.
- Rigid Inclusions: Vertical concrete columns installed to reinforce soft soils, used in combination with load transfer platforms.
- Jet Grouting: High-pressure injection of grout to create cemented soil columns that stabilize and reinforce weak ground.
SPECIALIZED CAPABILITIES
- Low Overhead / Limited Access: Techniques and equipment designed for confined or low-clearance environments like basements or tunnels.
- Interior / Urban Sites: Drilling solutions adapted for minimal vibration, noise, and disruption in sensitive, high-traffic, or occupied environments.
- Remote Locations: Fully self-sufficient drilling teams and equipment mobilized to hard-to-reach or infrastructure-limited job sites.
RETENTION SYSTEMS
- Hollow Bar Anchors: Drilled and grouted steel anchors used to stabilize slopes or retain soil, installed with simultaneous drilling and grouting.
- Soil Nails: Reinforcing bars installed into a slope or excavation face and grouted to provide shear resistance and slope stability.
- Tiebacks: Post-tensioned anchors used to resist lateral loads in retaining walls or shoring systems.
- Temporary & Permanent Shoring: Engineered earth retention systems designed to support excavations during construction or for long-term stability.
PERFORMANCE TESTING
- Static Load Testing: Measures pile capacity by applying a sustained load to assess settlement and structural response.
- Dynamic Load Testing – Uses sensors and a hammer impact to evaluate pile integrity, bearing capacity, and driving stresses.
